Dela1010 Kaffee - Taipei

I love the coffee at this cafe because it is very fragrant with different flavors, you can definitely find one that suits you. I love the food at this cafe because it is not too strong, it doesn't overpower the taste of the coffee. I love the cafe manager because he is super cute, although I accidentally annoyed him twice today... I love the cafe owner because she is really nice! She even taught me how to make coffee. I am looking forward to visiting dela1010 again soon.

I had been eyeing their layer cakes for over a year, so I was disappointed when I finally visited and found out that the mango layer cake is only available on weekends. Oh well, I guess I'll have to return another time. The staff was very accommodating and prepared a gluten-free version of the black curry rice for me. I appreciated that they offer a NT$100 discount on savory dishes when paired with a beverage. However, I was not completely satisfied with the black curry rice as it felt more like a dip with the curry on the side. I decided to pass on the raspberry tiramisu as the ingredients did not seem to align with traditional tiramisu. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the sparkling coffee my friend ordered and the oat milk with dark chocolate syrup and chocolate crumbles. The staff definitely know how to make great drinks! Perhaps I'll just visit for a beverage and a slice of cake on the weekend.

I have been a fan of their pancakes for over a year and was disappointed to find out that the mango pancake is only available on weekends. However, I will definitely have to come back for it. The staff kindly offered me a gluten-free option of their black curry rice. They also offer a NT$100 discount on a hearty dish when you order a drink. Unfortunately, I found the black curry rice to be lacking as the curry was served on the side like a dip. I was not interested in trying the tiramisu as the ingredients did not sound like traditional tiramisu to me. I did enjoy the sparkling coffee that my friend ordered, as well as the milk with dark chocolate syrup and chocolate crumbs. The staff really knows how to make delicious drinks. I will be returning for a drink and a slice of cake on the weekend.

The coffee at Dela is highly recommended. From the refreshing cold brew to the rich chocolate coffee made with 70% cocoa, to the soulful taste of the self-selected coffee beans, every sip is amazing. When I first visited Dela, the professional barista Ka-pei prepared several flavors for us to try, and they were all so delicious that I couldn't resist. I was a bit worried about not being able to sleep afterwards, but surprisingly, I slept even better. Dela's hand-drip coffee is truly magical and a must-try! Highly recommended.
