Oki Sushi Taihape

Hidden gem, not sure its that hidden but i was unaware that Taihape hosts an amazing Sushi shop. Food i tried was amazing, the guy behind the counter very friendly. I took away but seating options looked good. Best of all although i wouldnt say cheap as far as good Sushi goes i though price was very reasonable. Highly recommend, looking for a food stop make this your go to.

I’m not a local but a regular customer who comes to Taihape for work once a week, I always get sushi but I’ve tried Tempura udon this time and it was so nice! Freshly deep fried crispy veggies and a big portion of Udon with lots of toppings made my day!

Delicious freshly prepared spicy chicken donburi. Prompt service. An unexpected delight in Taihape!
