The food is really great, but i think they need to improve their customer service. Its really troublesome if the food attendant was also the one to work on the front desk. No back up at all, hence led to slow serving of orders, considering it was on peak hours.
One of the best tasting Burgers in town.. the Sour Cream Fries side dish is top-notch...
Ordered the Real Deal Burger. When it arrived I took one bite out of my burger and put it down on my plate upside to reveal a moldy bun. Informed the server and they took my meal back to the kitchen. My meal arrived back with the same burger and just the bottom bun replaced. Not impressed.
Was served a moldy bun and when I informed the staff. They only replaced half the bun. Very disappointed.
