Red Garlic BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY

The Red Garlic has relocated to Bonifacio Global City. We decided to make the journey from the QC site in Metro Manila, enduring an hour of traffic on the road. It's a good thing we didn't call ahead for a reservation. The restaurant is now situated in a Spanish-themed area. The pizza, as always, was excellent and a definite must-order. However, the other two dishes we tried were slightly disappointing. While the salmon was cooked nicely, the seasoning was lacking. The grilled chicken was dry, and we had to request gravy to make it more palatable. Perhaps we chose poorly, but overall, The Red Garlic is still worth a visit.

The pizza is still excellent and a must-try. Unfortunately, the other two dishes we ordered were a bit disappointing. The salmon was cooked well but the condiments were lacking. The grilled chicken was dry and we had to request gravy to accompany it. It's possible that we made the wrong choices in ordering. Nonetheless, The Red is worth a visit.
