Auberge Du Lac - Tadoussac

We had full course meals, and by far the best meals in a very long time. I little pricey but food is well worth the money.

We dined at this restaurant twice. On the first visit, the steak was small and cold, and the soup we ordered was forgotten. The second visit was disappointing as well, with the ribs being very dry and inedible despite the high price of $28. The server kindly agreed not to charge us for the forgotten soup, which cost $8, but overall the experience was still unsatisfactory.

The restaurant offers delicious food and a beautiful outdoor patio. They serve fantastic mocktails and the servers are friendly. The food is served promptly and it's great to enjoy the views of Tadoussac while dining outside on the patio.

The following morning, we decided to return for breakfast and tried the special breakfast poutine, which was delicious, quick, and filling. On our last night, we splurged on lobster tail with salmon, which was well-seasoned and tasted wonderful. It was great that the kitchen was open until 9:30pm, as this is not common in many restaurants. The two female servers we had during our three visits were pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Overall, our experience was deserving of compliments. We highly recommend L'Aubege du Lac for its diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere for all types of travelers, including families. Bon appétit!

The food was amazing, I had the Braised beef cheek and the tuna tatami and my husband had the steak and everything was delicious. A special thank you to our fantastic server Audrey-Maude Robichaud great service and very friendly! I would definitely recommend and go back!
