One of the best dinning experiences in the north west. There menu has a great verity for what ever your taste buds are in the mood for that day. The old fashioned is a great value for sure. The seafood pasta was just amazing. Also there Tokyo stake was very unique with the wasabi spice steak sauce on the side. The Blondy for desert was just perfectly done and finished with the almond roca toffee.
Very nice place with great ambiance; high ceiling, brick building, nicely decorated. For those interested, there is a separate bar area from dining. Ordered smoked salmon and dry tacos for dinner. Smoked salmon was arranged on top of crackers with some cream cheese... definitely a combo is expect but the flavor was there. Unfortunately, the portion was very small, which really left me hanging. The dry soup was actually great! It had a zest to it with just the right amount of spicy punch. I definitely liked this over smoked salmon based on overall flavors in the dish.
The service is what impressed me most. The staff is very polite and attentive. I really wish 4.5 stars was an option. The food is the main reason for the lower rating. Don't get me wrong, it's very good: just nothing I'd crave and come rushing over to eat. Portion sizes are pretty reasonable, as are most of the prices. I also really liked the inside decor, but I'm a sucker for brick with dark earthy tones.
Really good food. Good service. This is an extremely high end restaurant with an Open Modern Industrial decor with exposed brick walls. 2 stars because I bought gift cards at Costco hoping to save money. 100 worth of gift cards for only $80 When you get to the restaurant they end up charging you an additional 20% surcharge to your bill! Not only does this really suck, but to top it off they add the 20% after the total is calculated with tax!
