Olympia Coffee Roasting - Tacoma

Cutest little coffee shop on proctor!! The coffee was to die for and the barista was very friendly. I also love the seating!! I cannot wait to go back.

Discovered this place about 3 weeks ago by actually going inside sampling their coffee drink and to me it out shined Starbucks and cutters point by 100%. I keep going back. The staff and clients are totally outstanding. Watching people is a place to go. My daughter always says to me let 's go and just watch people . Their product is 100% . Plus their located in a very cool part of Tacoma . the Metropolitan market is just across proctor street. GO THEIR!!

Tried their seasonal Midori ko. Such a perfect refreshing drink. And not too sweet

The staff was killer. Slinging out drinks on a sunday with aplomb while chatting with customers. Very impressive. The poursteady is about what you would expect though. Breakfast burrito left nothing to complain about.
