Fergies On The Ave - Tacoma

The drinks are generally well poured, the locals are skeptical but can become accepting. The space is small, and the ventilation leaves a little to be desired... All in all though, it is a definite must. Whether it is some domino's, some dancing, some colorful conversation, or just a local beverage this is recommended.

I had an incredibly satisfying experience at this diner. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys small diners. Food was top-notch, 5 out of 5 stars.

I got excited when I saw it 's an old tavern/diner type of place because usually when these places are still open it means it 's kind of like a hole in the wall gem.. so, tired and hungry after work I make a to go order for the basic breakfast. The hash browns smelled like sulfur and were burnt. You 'd think they would know how to cook the basics like hash browns but I guess if your griddle and/or cook sucks, you wouldn 't get decent ones. I 'm a s for hash browns and I 'm not even picky about them. Just don 't send me off with some that are soggy AND black. The flavor tasted like an old grill too
