Beautiful selection on the dinner menu, including vegetarian and gluten-free. excellent waiting staff and service, and could not have a lovely view. casual and comfortable with beautiful outside seating area.

We had a great birthday dinner. the server was completely new, but so friendly and attentive. the lobster ravioli special was delicious.

We had a delightful dinner at Bistro 28. Our food was delicious, and our server, Victoria, made sure we had everything we needed. We have done take-out from Bistro 28 during the pandemic, and this was the first time we ate at the restaurant. We definitely plan to return.
