Little Caesars Pizza In Bayonet Po

I stopped in on the 4th of July. They were busy, but that was not an issue. The service was great, food was ready quickly and the pizza was delicious.

The customer service is horrible. They don’t pick up phone orders. They just ignore calls. I ended up ordering in person and waiting a long time for my order: Just 3 pizzas. The ananger did not care and was told that my first pizzas were burned and they had to the cook new ones. This meant having to wait longer. They don’t care about customer service. Go to a different store or to another pizza chain. You will get better service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED MY FOOD, CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE. LITERALLY SAT IN STORE CALLING JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY'D DO. THEY LITERALLY JUST STARE INTI SPACE AND AVOID THE PHONE. THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY A JOKE. HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB OTHERWISE YOU ARE GIVING A PLACE THAT WAS ONCE LOVED BY MANY A TERRIBLE REP WITH THESE LAZY PEOPLE.

Never was greeted or acknowledged by staff. Only one other gentleman was there and he had already ordered. Waited several minutes and 2 other team members left for the evening. The woman who was at the front never said a word to me or acknowledged me waiting. I have been here before and never experienced this but felt it should be addressed for poor customer service

Pay an extra dollar and have them make your pizza while you wait. they say it is hot and the truth it is not just sat in the box for a long while.Do not try the chicken wings they are not worth the money just bones.
