Jack's In West Po

**** poor customer service. No greeting upon entry, waited 5 minutes to be served with no apology for waiting. Worst jacks I've ever been in and in never plan on going back

Lady in front of me placed her order then the employee taking orders walked off without saying anything to me. There were 2 other employees working the front line one doing drive thru and the other filling orders neither of which acknowledged me or asked if I had placed an order. After almost 5 minutes I chose to walk out and found another better local restaurant nearby. This is not a normal experience at most Jacks locations just this one in particular. If 0 stars was an option that is what they would have received.

Takes 30 to 45 minutes just to get through the drive through, workers don’t seem to be in rush at all.

The place just keeps getting worse,we went through the drive thru after a 10 minute wait, we ordered 2 ranch chicken wraps,a honey mustard wrap and strawberry pie, we get to the window to wait another 15 minutes for the girl to get there so we can pay her,as my friend hands her his card he tells her he'd been having problems with the chip so she should probably just swipe it,she ignores him and inserts the card it won't read the chip,so he repeats that she will need to swipe the card 3 more times before she finally decides to try swiping it and it goes right through, finally
