???? At this point it is what it is. Thry were out of LEMONADE and pepper jack cheese. I was so disappointed because they are right by HQ and you would think they would always be on point however... ?
I'm my opinion they have the best customer service. So far I have not ever had a bad experience at ANY Chick-fil-A location.
Customer service needs to make some improvements, including paying more attention to what the customers order.
Need to order more condiments. Run out of salad dressing. Get orders wrong. Need to get a system to ensure customers receive the correct orders.Update October 3, 2022Do not ask for ice water when you make a purchase at this location, they will charge you $0.25.Drive thru wait time is extremely long; Not accepting credit/debit cards; Food cold due to waiting.Due to wait time, this location need to install a portapot and cook to order.Update March 25, 2024Beware Beware! A waste of time and money!When I got home and looked into my bag, I had purchased an old salad.Please look at your food before you depart from this drive thru.
