The Fish Friar - Syracuse

Fish was ok…Shrimp was better…you're not serious..BAY scallops???....the size of a nickel..with 2500 grams of sodium!…going to put them under cold water..maybe I can eat the other 5 of them…serve OCEAN scallops or don't bother…SMH

It will not be small and cute for long. Tasty scallops were pan seared and the peas and carrots were excellent sides. Waitress was prompt and knowledgeable. Enjoy!

Possibly the most over priced, under sized fish sandwich I have ever had. I don't like to leave bad reviews but come on Fish Fryer, for $16 and some change I would expect a piece of fish that is at least as big as the roll you serve it on.

Was recommended to me by a regular and OMG it was phenomenal. The ambience is trendy and has a cool vibe. The food is incredible!! I had the Captain's Plate and calamari…it was all seasoned well and cooked to perfection. My husband had the fried shrimp plate and a side of pan-seared scallops…all of which he loved. This will definitely be in our rotation!

Service is lightning fast with nice servers. Food is fantastic!
