Dunkin' - Syracuse

I always drive by this restaurant and wonder if it's open or closed. During the day, all the lights are always on.

The restaurant was clean, and the server was very friendly. They answered our questions and served us promptly. The coffee was excellent!

I don't understand why a Dunkin' Donuts wouldn't offer hot chocolate. I won't be returning to that location.

It was disgusting we ordered doordash and the donut wasn’t even made right I got a strawberry donut with sprinkles and there was hardly any icing and there was no sprinkles. Not to mention the hair on my donut I didn’t ask for. And no straw with my drink to add on disgusting place .

I guess if you love coffee enough to $6 for a cup only 3/4 full, it's okay. No different than any other coffee place. Probably just me knowing I can make a better cup at home for a lot less.
