Chipotle Mexican Grill - Syracuse

The personal is unusually rude. consistently they do not have grilled vegetables. guacamole often brown. a solid can better (added 2 mo later) wow came back a few months later to add a review, I already recognized what I had planned!

This place is definitely not worth going, unless they want to pay an excessive amount of money for the careful part of the protein. I was forced to get double steak because they give them 7-8 cubes steak. I understand that they are trying to increase profit margins, but that is pathetic.

The worst chipotle I've ever had. it took about 15 minutes until the worker started eating my food, while 4 people started and totally ignored me. the workers seem to be just a few college kids who have no maniacs at all. I asked for a burrito and he began to prepare a bowl. it took me to ask for him after he asked for him to find out that I wanted a burrito. then just throw everything on the Burrito wrap. at the end I asked for a reception and did not receive it. will definitely call to solve this situation.

Okay, while I like to eat that chipotle offers, I was never at a single place where my food was more than room temperature. I'm sorry. chipotle, they really need to learn how to keep their food warmer. until then I'm not back.

This place was filthy and so jam packed with drunk college kids. The food was totally fine and the staff was friendly enough, but the mcfricken mess that was the dining area was very offputting and the screaming twentysomethings crowding and raging made it impossible to enjoy.
