Bidrage med feedbackThey should change their closing time to 9 o 'clock if they are going to have no more food and deny customers before their closing time of 10 o 'clock.. I saw them put away the corn, and when I asked if I could have corn after being denied chicken, the girl who put it away 2 secs before said there was no more ... they also were blocking the entrance with the garbage can at 9:18 PM.. sidenote, the girl who is directly doing my order seemed compassionate apologetic while her coworkers are rushing out .. they should have a manager on duty...
This evening i visited this chipotle location which I never have had a problem with, but today the environment was uncomfortable for me and many other paying customers when a male employee (not sure the name, i could only see he had a green marker) was yelling at another female employee while me and many others were waiting online. The lady making the food was very kind and professional but the male worker yelling made me very uncomfortable and nervous.
This place is a joke of a food service. Waited over an hour for a delivery via the Chipotle App just to have the order canceled. No further information until I spent several minutes on hold with corporate to confirm that I would get a refund.
I was mistreated by a employee who make fun of my accent and served me improperly while I was ordering food. And he did not serve me the food, and tried to force me to speak Spanish word of the food name, which I do not know how to speak. I felt upset, and I was the only one being served like that. The employee did not do this to the customer before or after me.
I'm very disappointed. The stuff didn't seal the bowl properly, which caused a niffy smell in my bag. Also, the stuff is unprofessional because he joked with other stuff while he was processing my order.
