This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant, despite being a long-time customer. I waited in line for 25 minutes, only to have an employee take my card and make me wait another 10 minutes to get it back. When I finally got my food, my drink was missing and my loaded tots were only half full. This disappointing experience occurred on April 25th at around 8:20 pm.
