Pie Times Pizza Company - Sylva

I loved Pie Times before I went vegan, but when I transitioned I tried their vegan pizza which was vegan cheese, artichokes, tofu bacon, and a red sauce. I believe their vegan cheese is made in house because it is like no other vegan cheese I've had before. The taste will probably be according to what you like. It is hard to describe, but I like it a lot and I'm picky about my vegan cheese. My only complaint was the tofu bacon. It was cut very small and thin and it was like chewing on rubber. It was not crispy and quite unsatisfying. I loooooove their crust and it is the best in town. What I personally like to do is get the Margherita pizza and ask them to sub vegan cheese. Their prices are more expensive, but the quality of their pizza is so good and you can build your own pizza. The space is small, but it is attached to a brewery, which is awesome if you want pizza and someone else wants a burger (the brewery has a veggie burger, which is delicious too). You can sit on the brewery side and they will bring you your pizza too.

Here on a road trip and had a great lunch. House made vegan cheese was worth the $2 above fee. Various options such as jackfruit, veggies, and tofu bacon. Good service and food arrived quickly

Partners thought it was one of the better imagination pizzas we have gone, and it's nice to go somewhere, we are both happy (he eats animal products and I don't). Pizza was good; would probably avoid that the tofu bacon tastes more like BBQ for me the next time, but overall very happy. It is connected in any way to the brewery next door, so you can eat in any room. Vegan cheese is also homemade, which was a nice treat, and I have a super long Rigatone for a drinking straw that had fun! overall the meal was good. Our food lasted almost 90 minutes, which was a bummer, but they made us some drinks and once it came, we enjoyed it immensely! the prices were reasonable, I will get 2 meals from my 12 cake.
