Bidrage med feedbackCajun food done right. Only drawback is they sell out fast somedays. The chef only cooks what they have fresh. Also a great place to stock up on fresh seafood. A must stop everytime we dine in Sylva. Highly recommend the swamp fries.Food: 5/5
Located in a strip mall, so the atmosphere isn't the greatest, but the food made up for it.I had the Shrimp Po'boy, and while the shrimp weren't very large, there were a LOT of them ! The remoulade was the perfect addition to the sandwich, as well as for dipping the onion rings.
Found this place when I was visiting from Alabama. I've had shrimp up and down the gulf coast and this was some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, breading on point, not greasy. I can't wait to go back and try the crablegs and get more shrimp! It did take a little bit to get our food but I could see why, everything was cooked perfectly. Bonus was the good music that was playing.
I met the owner of this delicious restaurant today through work. Seeing how nice he was I wanted to stop by and try it out.The Shrimp Po’ Boy was great! It’s hard to find good fish here in the mountains but you could tell it was fresh. Best Po Boy I have had in years. Not over fried, not drowned in sauce…just fresh ingredients!Ron was my server and did a great job with our order and made everyone at the restaurant feel like family.I highly recommend K and M!
So I've only been here twice because it's extremely out of the way for me, but the food is wonderful, the staff do a great job, and it's affordable. What more could you ask for? The atmosphere is a little odd, maybe just due to the weird location tucked back in the corner, but maybe that will at least save one good business in sylva from having to relocate!
