Love the remodel. Fresh tasty food. Excellent service. No more long waits in the drive thru. Clean and bright. Thanks for the remodel and for not closing!

This place is slow, even with order ahead I had to stand waiting 15 minutes in the restaurant. I watched an employee make up a bag for his dinner, sit down and eat it while I was waiting. The restaurant had two other people in it and no line in the drive thru. Failure of service.

This Wendy's has been completely remodeled and seems to be a waste of square footage. Seems like a lot of space that isn't being used. Food was standard. DW had a double and I had the chicken wrap. Just as expected. Workers were very friendly.

I spent $7.20 cent about. Fries cold burger old nuggets hard. feel like THC WAS IN THE ICE MAKER CRAZY AFRICAN AMERICANS AND MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE YOU WOULD THINK SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER/ then I called 3 times no one answered the phone great customer

I thought I would try the newly reopened Wendy's on Whitehall Road. I went a week before the Grand Opening. The service was faster and better at that time but we will see as time goes on. The Single and Frosty were good and as I had ordered. The chili was thin, and sparse. The beef was not chopped finely enough and was in large clumps that did not look like ground beef. I will go back to see if the service is still good or has gone back to rude and slow.
