Bgr Burgers Grilled Right - Sylmac

I usually love BGR, and we go there often enough considering how far away they are, but as I am reviewing this specific trip and not the concept of BGR as a whole, we were greatly disappointed.We ordered online, then went to pick up. They 're about 25 minutes away, so acknowledging that they are not fast food, that still should have been plenty of time. But when we arrived, we found that we had to wait an additional 25 minutes before our food was ready.The order we received was prepared inaccurately, in that those who ordered without onions received onions, and other errors, but the most egregious offense was that everything was way overcooked. Each of the burgers was ordered medium rare, but all were received somewhere between well done and burnt.My wife 's burger was the worst, and she only ate two bites before throwing the rest away and looking in the fridge for leftovers.We 're hoping this was a one time occurrence, but they didn 't appear to be terribly busy while we waited. Hopefully this is not the new standard, as their menu options are usually a nice break from more typical fare.

These are fantastically yummy burgers. I wasn't super hungry and got sliders for my meal and they weren't overcooked!! It was cooked the way a burger should be, perfectly done with lots of juiciness still in the burger. Highly recommend!!! The fries were also amazing. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

We expected the food to be really good, but it turned out to be really great. Lots of food and great service.

Love this place. Great quality burgers and lots of options to customize. Never crowded inside. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you out.

I went to this place for dinner, the food took 30 minutes to come out, and they forgot almost all of our toppings.
