Bidrage med feedbackI called in a panic because I had a big team job and had no help from Mount Airy Subway and was told to download the app for my order and that they had no opportunity to get a fax or email with my order. Well, the app only allows 6 orders at a time and no way to assign them to a name. I decided to try this store and automatically when he answered the phone PJ said no problem here is to send my email and my order. All sandwiches were ready to go the time and fit perfectly! I even have a follow-up email to make sure everything was good. This is an excellent example of customer service and this subway on Exchange Drive is now my family visit!!
Staff must be more friendly, but food was imaginable and fresh.

A good underground location; clean; efficient and friendly servers. Fast service with the help of counters I can understand (I have a loss of hearing in the upper voice frequency ranges and I need for those who are waiting for me to speak clearly and with a sufficient volume) The next two next subway locations are either loud background or heavy accents that are difficult to understand for me. I explained to the workers in the other two nearby places, but if they ask what vegetables are, I must repeat them several times. The servers at this point remain loud and clear enough to get the whole way through the order.
