Market Tavern - Sykesville

Was excited to try this place for the first time, but was turned away for drinks around 6pm. Even though it says they close at 10pm on a Saturday. So kind of disappointed.

Great place for drinks after work, wonderful whiskey selection and plenty of wine to choose from and take home. Super friendly staff as well, always a great experience.

Great atmosphere, delicious ice cold beer and even better company! The bar tenders and locals are super friendly! A great small town feel. I recommend a visit and checking it out for yourself ????

Kool place limited menu but quality local stuff. Less crackers and bread and more meat and cheese on the charcuterie board would help also.

Really liked this place but bottles of wine purchased in house add a corkage fee of $10/bottle, which seems way high compared to other venues for house purchased wine. Not like they have really good deals on wine! Too expensive, better prices (andseating!!!!!! elsewhere. And.. uh.. don't eat here.
