Young Alfred - Sydney

A more practical place for a fast starter meal, which is Italian ground. we have eaten here before, and that was common; this time it was good. the service is attentive and it is not overcrowded at the foreplay time slot.

It was our last night in sydney and we wanted a nice evening meal. the server was incredibly rude and uninterested in us. eating was okay, but couldn't stand for the bad service. they were also not interested in making accommodations for those in our party with allergies. we could have gone without payment because there was no waiter in the dining room for most of our meals. on the way, another table was loudly complaining. very regrettable experience around.

This restaurant review is very disappointing. They had removed many items from the menu without informing us, and we only found out when we tried to order those items (for example, they said they no longer had pasta). The cheapest wine available is only offered by the bottle, which is too much if you're looking for a quick pizza before or after a theater or concert.

Eating was bad at best. pizza had served bark meat on it in pieces, which tasted astonished. the basic of the pizza was soggy. we ordered to share teller and the pizza and salad were to eat. all the courts came immediately. the stockplates contain salt and pfeffer calamar. it was served in small pieces that were usually broken. calamari was hardly there. my friend ordered a pinot grigio and was hired by service person: “we have no”. we decided to look at the Dessert menu and the same service person they gave us, and in the same offhand wise told us they had no tiramisu! which Italian restaurant runs out from their top list dessert on a Saturday night. the only thing it saved was the place, but would never be enough to lure me or my friends back and we wouldn't recommend it at all.

Good location and atmosphere BUT had to wait over an hour for food which was over cooked and over priced for what it was. Not a good experience wouldn’t go back.
