The Bavarian Parramatta - Sydney

Firstly the online booking got screwed up and bounced us to an hour earlier. Even though the problem was remedied the person helping me (Christina) could not empathise with my frustration, and I was treated this without not even a You 're welcome when I thanked her...she just hung up the phone. Furthermore, to charge the prices you do and not include sides...that 's a little 'rich '. At least include a salad and fries/mash instead of having to pay extra for these. Renee who waited on us was an absolute 'Godsend '...one of your very few 'saving graces '

Everything awesome except we struggled to keep out legs in and out from under the table. Group of 10 had a common wooden table. But the fun dominated.

Bad, bad experience! 30min for waiter to take order (including drink! . 1.5hr later food arrived...with one meal forgotten!! My 82yo father wasn't happy! Order of the food was not what was agreed with waiter! 1 child was kept hungry for almost 2hrs not an enjoyable afternoon! Then an error with the bill (they forgot that kids eat free on Sundays! . Radio played very loud all afternoon (why play radio? .

Had a great time at Bavarian Beer House and have been going regularly for a while now. Decided to go for Mothers Day yesterday. Food was great as always however felt we were rushed to eat and be out of the Restaurant under 1 hour when we had 2 hours available to us. I did not like having the bill given to us to pay before we were finished eating and wanted to enjoy our time instead of been hurried to eat our food.

Food was great, atmoshpere great staff friendly and obliging. Had a great time and will be going back
