Absolutely terrible service. was too busy doing something else to understand my order. injustice. cold huh. soggy cold chips. cold engraving. cold service. very slow, too. I don't know how they survive. will never go back. go to oporto instead.

This is my new go to rr store, new customer..Chicken is definatly the best in sth West..We have eaten at least one dozen times in the last months. very consistent tasty product and service level is Super.Drive-Thru is particularly good service. quickly turn on/off..Also if queued. natalee is also very efficient service. front counter csws very organized and very customer focus.Manager mohammed is courteous, helpful and one of the best local company we have experienced so far. well made champs.From former qsc for the colonel

Ordered 2 classic dinners, I thought they consisted of 1/4 chicken mashed potatoes and peas,what we got was a very small dried out chicken,mostly bone,about 3 pieces of roast potatoes a spoonful of peas and totally packed with disgusting sweet potato which we hate. Very disappointed, won't be going back.
