Mortdale Grind Cafe - Sydney

I had the steak on Turkish brot and it was great with chips only $15 it was a lot! it seems to be a big caffe, again the other dishes on their menu will try.

Delicious food, friendly service, and spacious. Courtyard at the back is good for kids, can be a bit warm on hot days. Only tried the Açai bowl, need to come back and try the rest of the menu! Oh and the kids pancakes looked great and were fluffy.

Lovely small cafe up the road! Fast and friendly staff but a bit pushy and on your back at certain times. We ordered the big breakfast and berry buttermilk pancakes which were perfectly presented. However, the ricotta on the pancakes lacked favour as it was suppose to be accompanied by honey, there was no taste of the honey present. The big breakfast was filling and definitely affordable for the quantity you receive. The coffee they use were Campos and they made a good cappuccino.

The owner, Terry, is extremely friendly and hospitable. The food is delicious and the coffee is fantastic! We ordered the avocado smash and eggs benedict with some extra sides.
