Bidrage med feedbackKingswood is a small specialty coffee located in World Square (George St side) with a wooden facade and a huge visible la marzocco coffee machine. Plenty of customers hanging around enjoying their daily coffee (or like me, two). Kingswood roast their own coffee and serve the house blend for milk coffees, as well as a range of single origins for espresso and filter. The coffee is excellent and despite me not living in the city, I’ll definately make a return visit. For the non coffee drinkers out there, Kingswood also do a signature chai, hot chocolate, tea and iced drinks.
The coffee was ok. I ordered flat white. The flavor is not strong enough for me. The milk tastes good.
Made a pit stop on the way thru the city this morning. Super popular joint with (I assume it’s of some accreditation) award in display. <br/ <br/ Quick in-out with the lattes, fragrant and roasted aroma!<br/ <br/ I hate to use disposal coffee cups but left mine at home, however I have to admit the branding is pretty cool!
Here right now waiting for brunch, so popped by for a coffee. Smooth, creamy, not burnt, no sugar required. Just a simple good cup of morning caffeine.Despite the swanky locale, think is a well priced venue for the coffee they are serving. :
Located in World Square, it seemed to be a very popular spot to get coffee as there was a long queue for it. They however got through the crowd quite quickly. The man taking the orders was nice and ordered my Mocha. I also spotted Butterbings in the cabinet so went with a Vanilla Bean one. The coffee is a bit expensive as they only had small cups and charge the same as other cafes large size. <br/ <br/ Once I drunk my coffee I understood why they charged what they did. They have their own blend of coffee. They seem to have won a few awards for it. Very drinkable, I enjoyed this coffee a lot. Along with the Butterbing, my morning was off to a great start. If only the cost wasn’t so prohibitive I would definitely drink more of this coffee.
