Bidrage med feedbackBy reading a previous review clearly, the writer was never in Greece or had authentic Greek food. there are other so-called Greek restaurants in the opposite that I have tried and landed, throwing their dishes in disgust. yiayai is fabulously authentic. Real Greek salad without salad and much or red bevel and the best olive oil with a large piece feta top. I give the lemon potatoes 9.5 out of 10. I usually command pork souvlaki itself and it is always hit. it is usually taken out until they move to a larger place, but they have 2 small tables where they can eat. I also had the moussaka and spanikopita and lentil soup. everything excellent and I felt like I was back in mykonos. if they like authentic Greek eating, this is the place to go on island, as I have tried all the other offers and think it's müll and had better Greek food in mall food dishes than that. take it from a foodie. this is the place for the good slip into the land!
I was so disappointed by yiayias Greek cuisine. when I know it a Greek restaurant, I did not expect too much vegan/vegetarian options go, but I have visited Greek and Lebanese restaurants with much more variety, then yiayia 's. her menu consisted only of a...copper of salads and a vegetarian pita, which was simply a brunning salad on a piece of pita brot. neither the Greek salate nor the pita I ordered were worth buying again. both of them grieved. do not waste their time or money in this restaurant when they are looking for healthier options.
By reading a previous review clearly the writer has never been to Greece or had authentic Greek Food. There are other so called "Greek" restaurants in area which I have tried and landed up throwing out their dishes in disgust. YiaYai's is fabulously authentic. Real...Greek salad with no lettuce and plenty or red onion and the very best Olive Oil with a large slice of Feta on top. I give the lemon potatoes a out of I usually order pork Souvlaki myself and it is always bang on. It is mostly take out until they move to a larger location but they do have little tables you can eat in at. I have also had the Moussaka and Spanikopita and Lentil Soup... all EXCELLENT and I felt like I was back in Mykonos. If you like AUTHENTIC Greek food this is the place to go on Island as I have tried all other offerings and think it's garbage and have had better Greek food in Mall Food courts than that. One must remember for the average Cape Bretoner that salt pepper is considered a spice and they normally do not go outside their "comfort zone". Take it from a "Foodie".... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR GREEK FOOD ON ISLAND!

Neither the Greek salad nor the pita that I ordered were worth buying again. Both tasted terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this restaurant if you're looking for healthier options.
