Food was good but service was slow as a person that came in after us got their order placed before

Very poor serviceTook 2 hours to prepare an order and for past one hour their delievey person is delievering the person where the cx lives just 2 mins away.Finally got the cold pizza by picking from the store by myself.

Yummiest pizza in town. Love their paneer pizza and Garlic fingers. They can make it spicy ?️ too.Highly recommended

Scripted Pizza. Where everything's measured out to the T i think. It is a franchise so big part of it not a fan of their Pizza way to thin better out there. Garlic fingers weren't that great as it was thin better out there as well. For $40 not worth it. That's just my opinion. If you like thin crust pizza. Might be for you. I heard they have a decent breakfast and would have to give that a shot. But not going back for the Pizza/garlic fingersParking: When we went there there wasn't much parking

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:26PM the girl who took our order was rude could not understand what we were trying to get (a Large Pep Cheese Pizza) I explained several times she still couldn’t understand, another employee ended up calling me back at 7:27 to ask what it was that I ordered. At 8:08 they called again to confirm if it was for delivery and debit, I asked if the pizza already left which a male employee insisted that it did. At 8:22 the delivery driver calls to confirm my address and informs me that he is just leaving and will be 15 minutes. I called to cancel my order after being lied to and having to wait so long. 8:45PM pizza arrived cold over cooked. Never ordering from Alexandra’s Sydney again.
