Bidrage med feedbackI ordered in the Glace bay location open at night at 8:30 expected that it is very busy and that my food would take a while to deliver. Lady on the phone said 45-50 minutes. I waited a lot longer, but I didn't want to...call and ask because I knew how busy it was. At 10:30, I finally decided to see why I never received my order and the man told me that my order had been canceled because of a problem with the pizza ovens and that they tried to tell me. I told him I didn't even order a pizza, I ordered a salad, spaghetti and deep-fried pimples and nobody called me. He told me he'd look after someone. When he came back to the phone, he could only apologize because there was really no explanation. The next day they released that the ovens were out of order, but you could order other foods. They didn't even offer to make my order when I told them it wasn't pizza. I have displayed their Facebook page to the nects and it was 3 days without answer- but they read my message. Super unprofessional and I went to bed without dinner because it was too late to cook. Very unprofessional!
I visted Alexandra pizza yesterday at 10:30am. The guy named Urmil worked there. I never saw him over there but I must say he don’t have any etiquette how to talk with a customer. He told me that he will not give me my order...because I rang the bell. Is this an appropriate way to talk to the customer? He was so disrespectful towards me. With his behaviour, he just ruining the reputation of the business. I never had a experience like this before.
We had a pizza to go, and really enjoyed it. Hawaiian. Quite good. The decor here is nice, especially the historic photographs on the wall, and there's a quirky little lighthouse there too. As we were in a hotel, the server was helpful in making...sure we had all the knick-knacks to finish our meal.
We had the meat lovers pizza, pepperoni pizza, poutine, Caesar salad, hot wings and honey garlic wings. Soooo delicious!!!!!
During our stop in Sydney on a cruise, we decided to try a local dish we had never had before - a donair. After researching, we found that Alexandra's Pizza was the place to go. Despite the unappealing decor, we gave it a chance and were pleasantly surprised. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but the server was very friendly and welcoming. We shared a large donair, which was delicious. Although we had nothing to compare it to, we would definitely order it again when visiting the east coast of Canada.
