Rosati's Pizza - Sycamore

Terrible customer service, they burnt the pizza after telling my co-worker that they were going to make it fresh. and then delivered it to the wrong location and got the name wrong

Everything was great. We got Pizzas and salads. I can?t say enough about how nice the staff at the Sycamore location is. I had a very large order that I ordered ahead of time and made changes a few times. They were always polite and helpful.

For the first time, and up there it was ostarred! and we were not the only ones who wanted pizza because I think they were kind of busy. Anyway, our pizza was great, and we got it fast. fresh ingredients, lots of cheese and crunchy thin crust. I would definitely order again!

It will be hit or miss if it will be a good (consistent) pizza. our last was thin crust parfoni with 1/2 mushrooms and I could only see 2 pfefferoni, but there might have been other covered by cheese. we had limp chests and burned crusts last. if you know that you can have a big eating rash, that means that the dings are not always perfect, but we want consistency. chicken wings stopped because they have to take spring rests off the wings before they eat. the pastas (lasagna) is ok, but consistent.

I ordered 3 pizzas amongst some other things. The 16 inch cheese was all off the pizza. Call up and they sent out another. And side by side they looked exactly the same. Cheese all off the the side of pizza. By now it's been 2 hours going on with getting a good pizza. I called back and was a little heated at this point. My wife and I was pretty hungry at this point. I told them how disappointed I was and that I'm going to pick through the two for the best pieces. Didn't want to here a response that would upset me more so I just left it at that. Don't get me wrong. They make very good pizza. Just a bad experience
