I stayed in this hotel while my daughter had surgery and was recovering in the Mater Private. It was perfect very near the hospital, lovely comfortable spotless new room and lovely staff. We had to extend our stay due to my daughter having to stay an extra two nights in hospital, and there was absolutely no issue.

Lovely room, friendly staff and gorgeous breakfast but, the heating was up too high overnight.

I booked this hotel for my parents and were delighted, very well located, the very clean room, the very friendly staff and the Valentine receptionist very nice helping them everything they needed.

Overall a great hotel with a great location as a starting point to explore Dublin... service is friendly, very caring but always discreet. Price is not the cheapest, but a good price/performance for Dublin. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and bathroom up to a missing toilet brush absolutely fine. If there's reason to complain then you can only choose between a few TV channels... And what personally disturbed me is that you don't have a refrigerator at all, or cooling possibility in the room. To cool a bottle, or to cool its medication as a diabetics, it's something that makes a criticism. But as I said, overall a great and recommended hotel.
