Nando's - Swords

Took my daughter and her friends to Nandos for a meal. Ordered the whole chicken with fries, garlic bread, and a side of wings. The whole chicken was delicious with a great flavor, fries were good, and the garlic bread was excellent. However, the chicken wings were disappointing as they tasted like they had been cooked the day before and reheated with no flavor. The staff were just okay, not very friendly or helpful. When I asked about the drinks fountain machine not working, they simply said it wasn't working until I insisted someone look at it. It turned out it just hadn't been turned on. Overall, it was a mixed experience at Nandos.

We decided to eat here just for a bit of lunch as my daughter is vegan options are not great anywhere, they were not great here but she could have chips and rice. My friend and I had the pitta with chicken breast, coleslaw and sauce. And a side of chips, they were literally a side of chips, a handful. Nothing special with the pitta either, while food was edible and ok I wouldn't rave about it. I felt pricey also. Doubt I will return.

Ordered online for collection, waited an extra 25 minutes! Staff kept telling us the food will be ready in a few minutes?! 25 of them to be exact for our order to be finally packed up. Got home and the corn sides were not even grilled! Pale probably just microwaved just because they were in hurry to get everything cleaned and turned off for closing!

I was initially asked to join a digital queue even though there were no other customers waiting. When I was finally permitted to enter the restaurant, nobody came to take my order despite being assured by two different staff members that someone would assist me promptly. Instead, they seemed to aimlessly wander around the empty restaurant. I was left with the choice of continuing to wait or creating an account to place an order via Google account, which felt excessive. After wasting 20 minutes of my lunch break, I ultimately left without receiving any food.

The one star is for the customer service alone. The food was Dry, Cold and Sparse. After getting a sharing platter for 2 myself and my husband were stealing chips of our kids plate. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Definitely will not be returning, terrible value for money and to add insult to injury they had no coffee!!!!!
