The Garden Room - Swansea

Very disappointing. Went here as it was convenient to our trip apparently rave reviews on food. Called by for a hot lunch but should have had a sarnie. One of our meals was th special Meat Lasagne but they failed to put th meat in for £14.95 we had a bowl of cheese some Lasagne sheets... our drinks never showed. They said it was because they were busy but it really wasnt, just incredibly disorganised. We wont eat here again

The food at this restaurant is quite pricey for what you get and is nothing out of the ordinary. However, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in many years and was pleasantly surprised by the great improvement. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was first class. However, I was taken aback by the high prices for a modest garden center. A basic Americano coffee cost £2.90 and two small slices of toasted tealoaf were £2.35. Similar items at specialty coffee shops are much cheaper. It's disappointing that a garden center would charge such high prices. We had planned to make some expensive purchases for garden furniture, but we will not be returning after this experience.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff is always friendly, and there is a wide variety of items available in the shop next door, perfect for gifts or treats. I would definitely recommend this place.
