Pizza Venice - Swansea

Not very good. One pizza was burnt. Jalapeños weren't baked with the pizza but sort of just thrown on top. As if they've realised they needed to be added post-bake. Wouldn't be that bad if it actually had tomato sauce. Just tasted like bread with burnt cheese. The guys on the phone were awesome but wouldn't order again. I ordered from this restaurant and received a call an hour later informing me that the driver had delivered to the wrong address. These things happen. I was told it would be a maximum of 30 minutes for the correct delivery, only to call them an hour later and find out that the order had not even left the store. I decided to cancel the order. Overall, it was a waste of time. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1.

Pizza was really nice, flavour of the sauce was amazing. As a visitor from out of town, I did find the price were too high. Smallest pizza for £15.99, however they did have a buy one get one free offer. 4* because of price. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

New people running this place, now the worst in Swansea, hour wait and wrong order, soggy horrible chips and they just hung up when I complained. Stay well away, oasis is the place to go Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
