Kaspa's Desserts - Swansea

I ordered a chocolate frappe and this is what I received. It was a terrible experience and completely unacceptable. The waiter was on her phone while serving us. It took 20 minutes to make my drink, even though there were not many customers in the restaurant.

I purchased a white chocolate waffle at this restaurant and it was served cold. They then asked me to refund it because they had charged the wrong amount initially. I ended up paying again but never received the refund of £8. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Moving on to the service, half of the items we wanted to order were not available. It seemed like the restaurant was more focused on fulfilling online orders rather than taking care of the customers in the store. We had to wait 35 minutes for two crepes. Additionally, we found that making our own crepes was cheaper than ordering from the fixed menu. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to limited menu options, poor hygiene in the restroom facilities, and a lack of attention from the staff.

Poor management (if you can call a 12 year old a ‘manager’ , poor service and a walking health hazard of a place. 1 hour wait for food, and when it did arrive was missing half the order, several staff spoken to, to chase up the other half of our order which never arrived. When managed to speak to a ‘manager’ and ask for a refund, he asked me what i ordered, told the staff to stop making it, to which they said they never had an order for it, for him to all but throw me the money back, cash, not even the offer of having the money back on my card which i paid. The floors are an greasy icerink, which i would expect from a fast food joint however not a dessert place. Couldn’t even get to the toilets due to the amount of water on the floor, and when I did I quickly turned back as someone was heaving up there guts in it. Would not be returning. Needs staff who can actually string a sentence together, don’t fob you off and maybe some form of manager as for a Saturday afternoon the store was quiet, there was no other reason for a 60 minute wait for a dessert. Will not be recommending or returning.
