Bidrage med feedbackI visited the café around 1:30 during lunchtime. Unfortunately, I was told that none of the food items on the menu were available with no explanation provided. I settled for tea and a Welsh cake, but noticed that the teapots were heavily stained. The server was pleasant, but the person in charge seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The café is located in a beautiful space and setting, but it's disappointing to see it not being utilized to its fullest potential.
Turned up Sunday afternoon 3.20. Sign says open until 4pm Asked for coffee told don 't do coffees now only tea as closing in ten minutes !! I pointed out the sign says 4pm to get a shrug and its changed .
I went to the cafe today and was served by a brusque young woman who seemed uninterested in being there. The coffee was decent, but the toasted sandwich I ordered was cold and dry with no butter. I might consider getting coffee here again, but I would recommend customers opt for prepackaged sandwiches.
This restaurant is a charming spot to enjoy a coffee and panini or sandwich with views overlooking Swansea Bay. It will definitely be a regular stop for me, as it is a hidden gem in the County Hall building.
Visited Coastline Café for the first time recently to meet up with a friend working in the Civic Centre. We ordered egg mayonnaise and toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches. Although all the sandwiches on offer are pre packed, fillings were generous and tasty. Teas and coffees were fine. The café has amazing views over Swansea Bay the perfect place to chill out and watch the changing seascape.
