Black Boy - Swansea

I made a reservation for dinner at this restaurant and have visited a few Marstons pubs in the past, but the Black Boy has been one of the best so far. The food was delicious and the staff were very polite. I really enjoyed my experience and am looking forward to returning. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent service from everyone as always. We love coming here for a few hours of relaxation. Brilliant staff that always make us welcome.

This is such a missed opportunity. The staff are great, the location, building and outside space is spot on but the offer just isn't the best. It's old fashioned and dated. There's a massive customer base in the area but it's just not happening.

Haven't been here for ages but like the last time the toilets had no hot water. The toilet paper was on the sanitary boxes or on the floor not in the dispenser. The floor throughout the whole building was dirty and sticky. The whole pub looked dirty and aged.
