The in-store staff is truly exceptional; however, it's important to note that there is no phone support for online orders. They actively refuse and discourage phone orders and, unfortunately, there's no apparent way to contact the store for order assistance or inquiries. Even if you manage to find a contact number, the owner may assert that it's a private number and not for customer use. It would be greatly beneficial if they could provide an alternative means of communication, even if phone orders are not an option, especially after an order is placed. As a result, I'm unlikely to place further online orders and will opt for in-person ordering instead.
