The Crown - Swale

I had a wonderful Sunday roast at this restaurant. The portions were generous and served with a smile. Unfortunately, they did not have apple juice available and did not accept credit or debit cards. Despite this, I plan to return and would recommend it to others.

Phoned on the day and kindly fitted in,as a retired chef the Sunday lunch was one of the best I've had.hot,tasty and plenty of it.friendly staff.thank you.

After a pleasant walk through the nearby countryside with two adults and six pre-teen kids, we stumbled upon a charming restaurant that was the perfect spot to take a break and relax our tired feet. The restaurant boasts a fantastic garden with swings, which was enjoyed by all ages. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even when we had a last-minute change of dinner plans and hadn't booked a table. They still managed to provide us with delicious food. My youngest child particularly enjoyed the sausage and mash dinner, while the lasagne was a hit with everyone. We will definitely be returning to this establishment, as the atmosphere is reminiscent of a cozy, old-fashioned pub and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Great old traditional pub , lovely land lady always welcoming even with the children. Fab Sunday roast such good value . Will be returning often

We live locally and this is our first choice for meals with family and friends. The roast dinners are the best in the area and come highly recommended.
