Hot Herbs - Swale

One Word Disgusted! Ordered the meal at 15.30 3.30PM for a 19.00 7.00pm delivery slot . We had a text from hot herbs at 19.37 7.37pm to say the order was only just being prepared to be delivered at 20.05 8,05pm . I have now had to start cooking my own food my digusted let down guest. The order has now been cancelled.Great new years eve dinner- thanks alot hot herbs of sittingbourne for a rubbish service and letting customers down. I run my own company , and would not dream of treating them like this. No Compensation. No apology. No accuse. Do not use this company or purchase any food from hot herbs!

I placed an order with this restaurant at 3:30pm for a meal at 7pm. Initially, I was informed that the meal would arrive at 7:25pm, which was later than expected but acceptable. However, I was later informed that the meal would not arrive until 8:05pm, which was unacceptable to me. When I called to inquire about the delay, no explanation was provided except that we would still be charged for the order even though we decided to cancel. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Zero stars.

When the venue for our daughters wedding told us that they suddenly couldn’t do the catering due to COVID Hot Herbs stepped in for us and we are so glad. We have been getting our food there for a VERY long time and when we asked the manager If he could cater for a small party on a night that they were closed he agreed immediately. The food was delivered piping hot, right on time and all of our guests enjoyed it so much they will be changing where they get their usual take away from. It was delicious as usual and made our daughters evening we want to say a great BIG THANKYOU.

Tonight we phoned a order for a curry and meat man bread we picked it up got home and found it was wrong took it back instead of giving us fresh order they gave us the old stuff back it was cold won't be going there again

Ordered online got delivery slot. Over an hour late! Called before and assured would be hot when delivered. Arrived just over an hour late cold. Not impressed called and wasn’t prepared to collect woth new hot order. Won’t be going there again
