I like pizza and voted for this place to come to town, but it's just too expensive for what you receive. Please consider this.
I ordered a medium pizza for delivery, even though I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it because I am heavily pregnant and have difficulty walking. My partner works nights and has the only car, so I had to wait over an hour for the delivery. When the driver called to ask for my flat number, he was on the other side of the gate and asked me to come to him. Despite paying extra for delivery, I had to walk outside in my pyjamas in the freezing cold to collect the pizza. I suggest training your drivers better in the future.
I recently visited Domino's for dinner with my family and was extremely impressed with the quality of the pizza. Despite feeling down recently, the delicious pizza from Domino's helped lift my spirits. The crust was impeccable and the toppings were flavorful. Domino's has certainly earned a four-star rating in my book. Well done, Domino's!
Absolutely disgusting service!! We ordered worth of food to be delivered, order placed at our order came at and could tell from it being on the floor it wasn’t what we ordered at all, we had ordered medium pizzas and and we had large pizza and sides placed on the floor (the wrong pizza and wrong sides). I waved at the delivery driver and told her that we were missing some of our order and she told us she would go back to the store and sort it. minutes later i decided to call the store and the lady on the other end of the phone had “no record of our order”, i preceded to tell her someone had just delivered to our home so it must be somewhere. After a lot of useless conversation, she finally told me she could redo my order and get it to me within minutes which i was more than happy with, however she proceeded to put me on hold...? I then had the honour to speak to the manager who again had asked me what was missing, what i had received etc, apparently no one could understand i had received the wrong order? I got told the order could be redone but he had no idea how long it would as they were busy??? I asked for a rough time guide as i had a year old to feed and get to bed, and was told i can’t give you one. Unbelievably rude and not apology between either staff member. I told him not to bother and we asked for our money back, we were told this had already been processed (although we hadn’t asked for one yet), and i asked for some form of email or receipt for the refund and was told “we can’t give you one but it should be in your bank within days” ... “should be or will be? what happens if it isn’t?” ... “i don’t know call us”, minute phone call later that has put us off for life. To say we are disgusted is an understatement. We have used dominos for a few years and never been one to moan, often minor things wrong such as lukewarm, wrong side, pizzas not even cut etc but never put us off as those things happen however this was too far. We were left with the wrong order which we didn’t like and unfortunately had to go straight in the bin which i’m gutted about we hate to waste. I work in the industry myself so would never be a “Karen” or rude to any other person, however the customer service at this place is disgusting, avoid at all costs, use other pizza places in town that are plenty better and cheaper.
