The manager, Rosie, retaliated by taking him off the schedule AND refusing to give him his last check. This can't be legal. We have contacted Southpaw corporate office and through their facebook page. Don't work here. Don't send your friends or family here.

Fake tacos worst customer service the managers never manage the workers never work why is this place still in business!!! My crunch wrap was completely BURNT I didn't ask for my money back I walked out!!! The manager and the workers are completely rude!!! No customer service at all why is the manager ROSE always screaming at people and Mary always have a DONT care attitude like just QUIT!!! It's not real tacos anyways!!!
45 minutes. I waited for a soft taco a Chalupa and a burrito cravings box little cheap meal.They were at least kind enough to give me my drink. By that time I wasn't even patient enough to eat. I walked out without my food.If I was the franchise owner I would be worried. The drive thru line was circled around the building. There was 8 people inside the dining room. There's money coming in but they are pissing everybody off. If I was that franchise owner. I would think twice about continuing this crew no leader what's the weather
No breakfast served at this location. Yet they still promote it on the drive thru order screen and on posters in the window. If I had to guess it’s probably lazy management: figuring out new breakfast items is too much of a hassle. I was going to finally try the breakfast that they have been promoting constantly on advertisements. Oops. Not sure why they are opened at 9am daily if they are only going to serve lunch and dinner. I feel sorry for the workers. No customers were in the drive thru or inside when I was there around 10am. :
