Absolutely love coming here. The crew are a blast! Totally make getting pizza such a fun experience. Shoutout to the crew working on 4-8-24 at 6:20. They were AMAZING! Love listening to you guys giggle and sing!

We are frequent Papa Murphys customers and until our order today have been fairly pleased with the store we order from. We ALWAYS order the stuffed Chicken/Bacon every single time. Today after cooking and serving the take and bake we noticed something off about the way it looked and sure enough after opening the slice found the culprit. The two crusts (top and bottom) literally stuck together because the were three little pieces of stuffing and glued together by gooey sauce (not pleasant I might add). Upon calling our store my husband explained our situation and was told by the Mgr I made that myself and used 8 ounces like I should... so telling us we were lying about the complaint! Remember we order this exact pizza EVERY time and know when we were given a sub-par order. after todays treatment we will NOT be returning to this store.

As expected. Everything okay. They occasionally forget extras ordered and paid for like sauces, salads, dessert. Can be a problem when family orders and I pickup.

We ordered 3 calzones, monkey bread and icing... guess what they didn't include. How do I get a refund??
