Oporto - Surry Hills

I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful girl named Coco at the restaurant. I observed her handling difficult customers with grace and professionalism. Having worked in customer service before, I believe she did an excellent job and provided exceptional service.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant. They stay open late into the early morning hours. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh, delicious, and offers a good variety.

Excellent selection of food with delicious flavors, much superior to greasy fast food chains like KFC.

These people not only serve their menu points, but also have a proven hat for some who do not see them as suitable to buy their meals after some drinks. extremely unfriendly and respectless and angry/vexatious staff and management.

The quality of my meal was bad. the chicken in double-Bondi burger was not fresh and very oily. bondi burger portion was small and never had the chili sauce and half the hen was dry and tasteless. very disappointing and manager crushes me when. I complained. poor food quality and service!
