Fat Angel - Surry Hills

Delicious food in a cool restaurant conveniently located. I will definitely be back to Fat Angel. We went last night as a group of 7 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Bruschetta as a starter to share was a delicious start and set the standards high. So fresh and tasty- one friend even said best ever bruschetta... YUM. We then shared four pizzas between the 7 of us, which was plenty. The prawn and BBQ were highlights, but the classic Hawaiian was devoured also. Service was friendly and prompt, and what a cute little restaurant. A bonus too was Happy Hour 5-7pm (our booking was 6.30pm) which included a lychee martini which were expertly made for just $10. And for non-drinkers the fruity mocktail was a winner. I 'll be back again to try the pastas! Pop in and support this local tasty Italian.

It was our first outing in many months due to C19. What a lovely find....the host is amazing and went out of his way to welcome us into this quaint diner in Surrey Hills. Very extensive menu which made choosing a meal difficult....everything was yum! Our party of 5 chose a mix of pizzas and pastas and a table salad.....the portions were generous and the authentic Italian food was amazing. The 5 dishes plus the most delicious table salad and 10 drinks and deserts came to less than $180......what fantastic value. We will definitely return.

Gorgey food, and even better service! even got given complimentary garlic bread. Would deffo recommend !!

We dined here on two different nights. We ordered pasta on both visits. First visit, we ordered the Carbonara. It was good. On our next visit, we ordered the Pollo. It was excellent! Really good! Service was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Nice place. They also have a great happy hour!

We had a great meal tonight! 5 of us sat down to 3 different types of Pizza, each one delicious. The service was warm and friendly and with a drink, the bill was under $20 each.
