I just ordered a poutine few minutes ago girl named guri made this and I was very disappointed to find a pool of salty gravy and soggy fries instead. It was such a waste of money.

From past few months am coming at this location at night time and the female lady is so rude she doesn’t listen to the instructions and mess up food all the time. But the main concern is she is super rude and give me vibes like she is doing racism although she is brown her self too. I have give this location alot of chances but this was the last chance i hope she gets fired ASAP. Today she didn’t responded from the speaker and when i went to window i saw her laughing on Her phone, i knocked on the window and she came up aggressively and F uped my whole mood. Just letting you know if you are reading this. Just thank god that you are a girl

I dont know what's wrong with this place but it's been almost a month their debit/credit machine is not working and only accept cash. Time for directions to wake-up in there !! Last week ladie at counter give me a fries while I ordered a poutine. Today no fries and no onion rings yo serve, they give one ashbrown instead.Those guy need to wake-up or else that A&W Franchise should be taken away.

This A&W restaurant is decent. They usually get my order correct, but lately the debit machine in the drive-thru has been down and it seems like they aren't doing anything to fix it. This lack of attention to fixing issues reflects poorly on the management.

10/24/2023 1:10 AMThere is no question about the food they serve but I felt disappointed with the service they provided. These guys don't accept cards and the person who took our order didn't seemed to be happy when we showed up for food.
