Mcdonald's Restaurants - Surrey Heath

Service is hit and miss, day time is fine but some of those on the later shift hate working those shift hours just as much as most of us would and it shows

I had Bobby as my server for the Drive Thru and he was absolutely lovely and really perked up my day! He’s a great asset to the team

It is decent for a McDonald’s. I’ve never had problems here, with food or otherwise, and if you’ve been to a McDonald’s it’s very much what you’d expect. I reckon this place gets a worse review on google maps because people tend to review it when they have had a bad experience!

Normally pop in here around 6:45am as I'm working round the corner. For a Mcdonalds it's very good, clean and tidy, food hot and staff are very friendly. What more do you need?

When initially ordering through the drive thru, the lady wasn’t very helpful when asking for a portion of pickles and told me it wasn’t possible and questioned when I told her I had ordered them before (from the same McDonald’s) but when I went to the window to collect my order, Chad was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Chad even took my phone to the till to take card payment as I didn’t have cash on me and gave great customer service. Chad’s manner was very pleasant and friendly and didn’t make me feel I was asking too much. Thanks Chad
