Niku Bar Restaurant - Surbiton

The door staff for New Year were awful, I have never met such rude door stuff in my life. I would not attend the venue based on the door staff unnecessarily being mums into an issue the immaturity of staff was unprofessional. Grown people you think would have more sense!!! Edit: Niku called me back to discuss the issue and the lady was very understanding of the situation. The main cause of the issue was the door staff was not the usual company and I was informed they wouldn't hire them again for any future events. The door staff are a representation of the venue any venues reading this should think twice who they hire. Price per person: £100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you want to freeze your proverbials off (everyone huddled up in coats) and food that is supposed to be served hot equally cold look no further. Staff blase about the heating but clear from some other reviews this is not a one off. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Great place for local drinks in big groups. Been there for few parents get together and every time we had a great night out Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
